✅ Return Eligibility by Product Category

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for most items, subject to the following conditions:

• Return allowed if:
• Wrong item delivered
• Product is damaged/defective upon arrival (proof required)
• Must be unused, in original condition and packaging
• Non-returnable items: Earrings, nose pins, or items marked “final sale” (for hygiene reasons)

✏️ Stationery Items

• Return allowed if:
• Wrong or damaged item received
• Items must be unopened and unused

🌸 Artificial Flowers & Decorative Items

• Return allowed only if:
• The product is damaged, broken, or not as described
• Must include photo evidence for claims

🎁 Return Gifts

• Return accepted only for defective or incorrect items
• Custom or personalized gifts are non-returnable

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used or tampered with
• Items without original packaging or labels
• Customized or engraved gifts
• Clearance, final-sale, or discounted stock (unless damaged)

💸 Refund Process

• Once the returned product passes quality check, refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your:
• Original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.)
• Or as store wallet credit, as per your choice

🚚 Return Shipping & Pickup

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will provide free reverse pickup.
• In other cases, return shipping charges may apply.

🔁 Exchange Option

Wherever applicable, we offer exchanges instead of refunds. You can select a replacement of equal or lesser value.
